山形県上山市のカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン。生命力溢れるその素晴らしい品質で毎年楽しみにしている農家さまのぶどうを使用しています。約1ヶ月アンフォラで醸した後、搾汁。アンフォラにて約1年2ヶ月貯蔵～熟成しました。
グラスに注いだ香りは例年の特徴でタバコや森の腐葉土から牡蠣や磯の香り。口に含むとクロスグリ 、マルベリーなどの豊かな赤い果実味やチョコレートのニュアンスを感じます。品種のイメージからどっしりとしたフルボディーの印象があるかもしれませんが、タンニンもアンフォラでの酸化的な熟成を経て、液体に馴染んでいます。果実の凝縮感もありながら、とても優しい飲み心地ですので、肉メインの料理はもちろんですが、お好み焼きなどソースを用いたお料理も相性が良さそうです。
