初めて仕込んだ品種で醸しの白になります。全房での3ヶ月のマセラシオンの後、搾汁。グラスファイバータンクにて約6ヶ月貯蔵後瓶詰めしております。パイナップルやパッションフルーツなどトロピカルでポップな夏にぴったりな雰囲気。あんず、ジャスミン、カモミール、ジンジャーなどの要素に伸びやかで軽快な酸と醸しによる厚みを感じる旨み。シンプルに唐揚げにレモン。スパイスやハーブを感じる中華やエスニックなお料理に寄り添ってくれると思います。冷やして昼間からワインだけでもグビグビと楽しめるワインだと思います。
